Mobility Robustness Optimization (MRO) is a SON capability that minimizes issues related to user mobility, such as dropped calls and failed handovers. By dynamically adjusting handover parameters, MRO ensures a seamless user experience even in complex network conditions. For instance, during rush hours, MRO optimizes handover thresholds to reduce call drops for users commuting through densely populated areas.
